Canceled Orders:

During normal processing times, once an order is submitted it is immediately sent for packaging/shipping. if you are going to cancel your order please contact us immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has processed and shipped from our shipping facility, we are unable to further cancel an order. If you need to add any additional items to your purchase, please contact us immediately to make any changes.


You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.



It is our goal to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund on the item.


Return Policy:

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the guidelines for our return policies and procedures.


General Policy:

All items must be returned within 30 days and be in new, unused or unaltered condition including all packaging contents. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and returnee is responsible for return shipping. We do not accept returns on used items. Attempted returns on non-refundable items will be sent back at the shipper's expense.


Damaged Items:

In regards to claims dealing with damaged products we ask that you fill out the form on the Contact Us web page and a customer service representative will reach out to you.
