Ammo Shipping Guidelines

Ammo Shipping Information:

All orders will be shipped FedEx Domestic Ground.

We do not accept returns on any ammo orders.

All orders must be sent to a physical address. In accordance with the Federal Law, ammunition cannot be sent to a P.O. Box.

It is unlawful to export without an import license from the country of destination or a proper export license from the U.S. Department of State.

PURCHASER PLEASE NOTE: Due to the complexity of state and local laws, the customer must check to see if a product is legal to import into his/her state and locality. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up.

Age Restrictions:

Federal law (18 USC 922(b)(1), 27 CFR 478. 99(b)) requires that you must be 21 years or older to purchase handgun ammunition and 18 years or older to purchase rifle ammunition.

Return Policy:

Due to safety issues, we do not accept returns of medical supplies, Mountain House Meal Buckets and ammo.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Canceled Orders:

During normal processing times, once an order is submitted it is immediately sent for packaging/shipping. if you are going to cancel your order please contact us immediately. PLEASE NOTE: Once an order has processed and shipped from our shipping facility, we are unable to further cancel an order. If you need to add any additional items to your purchase, please contact us immediately to make any changes. 


You can pay for your order by credit card or debit card. We currently accept payment from all major credit card companies. Payment is taken at the time of your order and authorization must be approved before we can deliver your order. Payment is received in US Dollars only.

Damaged Items:

In regards to claims dealing with damaged products we ask that you fill out the form on the Contact Us web page and a customer service representative will reach out to you. 


It is our goal to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, due to seasonal demand and/or market fluctuation, shipping times may vary. Items will be delivered via the delivery method chosen at the time of purchase. If for some reason an item is not available, we will contact you directly as soon as possible to make arrangements for future delivery or provide you the option to receive a refund on the item.
